Guilds have always been an important part of Tibia.
A guild creates a sense of belonging: like-minded players unite to
support and protect each other, to strive towards common goals. For
many, it is like a family... like a home.
In celebration of Tibia's 15th anniversary, we also want to honour all
those guilds that have been together for years now. With today's server
save the guild leaders of all guilds that have existed for 5 years or
more on January 7, 2012, have received a present for their guild which
they can find in their home depot. It includes 15 special tapestries
embroidered with the guild's age. They also have a special description
featuring the name of the guild.
In addition, a golden goblet with a special inscription has been
delivered to the home depot of the guild leader of the oldest guild of
each game world. Of course, the best place to put it on display is your
guild hall.
On Antica, Tibia's first game world, we have a special case since 5
guilds were founded on the day we introduced the guild system and
another one a day later. No worries, though, the guild leaders of all
five guilds have received a golden goblet for their guild.
From today on until February 15, you can indulge in nostalgic moments by
visiting the small island Nostalgia. You can reach this museum island
by boat from Thais for only 20 gold coins. While premium players can
already access Nostalgia today, free account players will be able to
visit it from tomorrow on. Get a taste of how Tibia's graphics looked
back in the early days - you may even meet some old "friends" there...

Hi dear readers! In April of last year we wrote an
article about the evolution of Tibia. Who has already read is inside,
but who hasn't already read we
invite you to read it: The Evolution of Tibia, part I.
Well, at that one we talked about the beginnings until the end of the
beta version, now we have a new article about the 6th versions.
Tibia has reached the grand age of 15 years, and we want to celebrate this
milestone with you because without you, the most dedicated, passionate
and loyal fans, Tibia would be just an empty shell.
So let the festivities begin! Thais, the oldest city of Tibia, has been decorated, and this month's featured article has been released. It will keep you updated about the exciting ingame events we have prepared for you.
Is that all? No! Further surprises are to come within the next weeks,
for example something special for old guilds. But we do not want to
spoil everything in advance today so stay tuned for further news!

Once again the good witches of the green claw swamp have prepared their bubbling cauldron to brew a powerful mixture against evil spirits trying to invade Tibia in the form of bane bringers.
The world event Bewitched will start tomorrow, January 12. Help the
witches by supplying them with the ingredients they need and protect
their cauldron if wooden foes attack. Be prepared as the bane lord
himself may show up to vent his wrath. Gather enough ingredients and
keep the cauldron boiling until January 16 to succeed. A special book
which you can find in the green claw swamp will provide you with further
information on the event and your task.
In case of success, your game world will be rewarded with an experience
bonus of 5% and slightly reduced death penalty for 10 days. In addition,
by contributing to the event you can earn favour points which you can
trade for potions with Minzy.
Augusto, better known as Rokis Rookgaard, is currently the top exp of
Rookgaard in Samera, is between the 10 at the whole Tibia and loves the
small island where everyone starts his journey. Currently he is at level
114, and with skills 25/33. He gave us this interview and told us a bit
about how it is to achieve this level in Rookgaard. He said he already
thought about playing in Mainland, but didn’t work and joked: “I can’t
leave this isle haha”. Quite nice, he told us that he didn’t expect to
be part of this ranking, but that it is good to have this recognition
and intends to arrive even closer to the top.

What a milestone! Hip, hip, hooray!
Another year is coming to a close and the festive days are almost here,
Tibians. They will give us all a little time to rest, recharge and enjoy
moments with our loved ones.
The season of giving is also a great time to think about helping others
