To update your TibiaSpace account and keep all your friends, messages and photos you need to be a VIP user, then just go to the option called "My VIP" which can be found in the menu called "Transfer Account".

Why some messages have background images?
TibiaSpace provides VIP users with the ability to select the privacy level to the content.
For example, when you send or receive a message with a key in its background, that means that only you and the person who sent the message will be able to read it (also the TibiaSpace team)

Why can't I change the options in the Privacy tab "Change Options"?

How can I disable my profile?
You must go to your home page, click on "Edit my Profile". Then, a new option will appear on your left menu to disable your account.

What are the TibiaSpace hotkeys used for?
The hotkeys are keyboard commands with the aim of facilitating the access to your favorite pages.

How can I assign a page to a hotkey?
You must open the page you want to assign and press CTRL + ALT + ENTER. When doing that, you must enter a number from 0 to 9 (must be available) to assign that page.

How do I use my hotkeys?
Once you have assigned a page to a hotkey, you must press CTRL + ALT + NUMBER (0 to 9 corresponding the one you have used to assign that page).

How can I see my hotkeys?
Pressing CTRL + ALT + BACKSPACE.

Why should I validate my e-mail?
If you validate your e-email, you will be sure that you will receive your new password in case that you lose it.

What is the option "Follow" for in the edit friends section?
This option was created to improve the visualization of your friends actualizations. When you mark this option, you will only receive actualizations from that person.

Why can't I see the actualizations of all my friends?
You can only see the actualizations of the friends you are following. To follow all your friends, you must click on the "Follow all" button in the page where you see all your friends.

Why do some people have an icon on the profile and the name?
This medal indicates that the person using that profile is really the one of the photos, which means that the profile is not a fake.

How can I get this medal?
You must talk to one of the moderators of the website (http://www.tibiaspace.com/staff) and make an appointment to "prove your identity".
To prove your identity, you must have a webcam and optionally a microphone. You have to add the selected moderator to your MSN and activate the webcam (and microphone if possible) and you will have to make some movements which will be indicated by the moderator.
Once you prove your identity, it may take from one to seven days to activate your medal.

What do I win by proving my identity?
When you prove your identity, besides the medal, you will receive 100 $TSGs and you will be free from any acussations regarding a fake profile.
Soon, we will have statistics and contests in which only people with validated e-mails and this medal will be able to participate.




How can I advertise my group without breaking the Rule 1C?
You can send messages to your friends asking them to join your group.
Group leaders will have an option to invite people so they can join the group.
VIP users have a tool to invite all their friends automatically. Please keep in mind that VIP users have the option to avoid being invited by groups so this won't work if they have this option enabled.

What is an "Official Group"?
It is an exclusive group category for groups created by TibiaSpace or partners.

How can my group become a "Featured Group"?
The group needs to meet the following requirements:
* The group needs to have active moderators.
* The order within the group must be kept.
* A minimum of 1.000 members.
* The group needs to be active, which means new topics and messages, always.
* The group must respect all of the TibiaSpace Rules.
* There must not be another official or featured group of the same type.
* The group may not have been reported (and judged guilty) for any reason.

If a featured group loses one of the requirements, it may lose the featured group status.

My group meets those requirements, what should I do?
You must contact a TibiaSpace moderator so he can check your group and accept it as a featured group.
This process may take up to 15 days of monitoring the group to ensure that it meets all the aforementioned requirements.

Can Global Moderators intervene in my group?
Global Moderators can and should intervene anywhere when it is necessary.




I found an irregularity, how can I report it?
In several parts of the website you will find this icon which must be used to report rule violations.
If you see someone violating a rule, you must click on this icon wherever you saw the rule violation.
Clicking on "Report User" or of it is a topic by clicking on the triangular button with an exclamation sign. If you make the report on an user profile or somewhere else, the moderation team won't be able to validate your report.

Are reports anonymous?
Yes, every report is anonymous.
Only the reporter and the person responsible for the ticket can see who made the report.

What is the icon "My Tickets" used for?
This is the place where you can view the "processes" in groups or in general.
There you can also monitor the complaints you made, the ones you are acussed of and even the ones you are just involved in.

What is the icon "My Alerts" used for?
This is the place where you can view the received alerts in groups or in general.

What happens if my global alerts reach 100%?
Your account will be disabled and you can not use it anymore until one of the alerts expires resulting in a percentage less than 100.

What happens if my alerts in a group reach 100%?
You won't be able to send messages to that group anymore until one of the alerts expires resulting in a percentage less than 100.
